Privacy Policy
Last updated August 8, 2026
Lynko Sports is operated by Kallisto Digital LLC, a Texas limited liability company based in New Braunfels, Texas. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do not do with it. It applies to lynkosports.com and to the Lynko Sports application.
The short version
We collect the minimum needed to schedule a lesson and keep an honest record of who owes whom. We do not sell your information. We do not run advertising. We do not share phone numbers or text message consent with anyone for marketing.
Information we collect
Account information. Your email address, a password managed by our authentication provider, your name, the name of your club, business, or family, and your role. A password is stored only as a cryptographic hash and is never visible to us.
Phone number. Optional. You may create and use an account without providing one. If you do provide one, it is used to reach you about your own lessons and payments, and only if you have separately asked for text messages.
Athlete records. A parent, guardian, or coach may create a record for an athlete containing the athlete’s name and date of birth. These are records inside an adult’s account, not accounts belonging to the athlete.
Scheduling and financial records. Lessons booked, approvals and declines, cancellations, facility and court assignments, prices, court rent, and whether a charge has been marked sent, confirmed, denied, or waived.
Payment handles. If you choose to display a Venmo handle so people can pay you, we store the handle as text. Lynko Sports does not process payments, does not move money, and never sees a card number or a bank account.
Technical information. Standard server and error logs generated when the application runs, used to keep it working.
Children and athletes
Lynko Sports is built for youth sports, so athlete records commonly describe minors. Those records are created and controlled by a parent, a guardian, or a coach the family has approved. We do not knowingly allow a child under 13 to create an account or to give us information directly.
An athlete’s record is visible to the family that owns it, to coaches that family has approved, and to the club running the facility where a lesson is booked. It is not public, it is not searchable outside those relationships, and it is never sold or shared for marketing.
A parent or guardian may ask us to delete an athlete’s record at any time using the contact address below.
Text messages
If you check the text message box when creating your account, Lynko Sports may send you SMS text messages about your own activity: a lesson booked or canceled, a request that needs your approval, a schedule change, and a payment reminder. Consent is never a condition of creating or using an account.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message consent is not shared with anyone for any purpose other than delivering the message you asked for.
Message frequency varies with your own activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Stopping text messages does not close your account or affect anything else in the application.
Text messages are delivered by Telnyx LLC, which processes the number and the message content solely to deliver it on our behalf.
How we use information
To create and secure your account, to show you the schedule and the people you are connected to, to book and price lessons, to keep an accurate record of charges and payments, to send the notifications you asked for, and to diagnose problems.
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it to anyone.
Who else sees it
Other people in the application. By design, an approved coach sees the athletes he has been approved to work with, a family sees its own athletes and lessons, and a club director sees the schedule and the charges for the facility he runs. Access is enforced at the database level, not only in the interface.
Service providers. Supabase, which hosts the database and authentication; Lovable, which hosts the application; and Telnyx, which delivers text messages. Each acts on our instructions and only to run the service.
Legal. If we are required to by law, or to protect someone’s safety.
We have no other recipients. There are no advertisers and no data brokers.
How long we keep it
Account and scheduling records are kept while your account is open, because a financial record that disappears is worse than no record. When you ask us to delete your account we remove your personal information, keeping only what we must for legal or accounting reasons.
Your choices
You can view and change your account information inside the application. You can leave the phone number blank, remove it, or decline text messages and still use everything. You can ask us to export or delete your information by writing to the address below, and we will respond within thirty days.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Access to records is enforced by row level security policies in the database, so a request for data you are not entitled to returns nothing rather than relying on the interface to hide it. No system is perfect, and we do not claim otherwise.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. A change that materially affects how we handle your information will be announced in the application before it takes effect.
